Alex monitors your review feed continuously and applies a classification to each incoming review: sentiment (positive, neutral, negative), topic, and action required (respond, escalate, note only).

Categorization logic

Alex classifies topics based on the review text: product quality, packaging damage, delivery issues, listing inaccuracy, and competitor comparison are the primary categories. A single review can carry multiple topics.

Alert conditions

Alex alerts you when: your average rating on an ASIN drops below a threshold you configure, a cluster of reviews with the same negative topic appears within a short window (suggesting a product or fulfillment issue), or a review contains a policy violation or factual inaccuracy about your product.

Filtering the feed

The Reviews feed can be filtered by ASIN, rating, topic, date range, and response status. Use the topic filter to identify systemic issues — for example, all 1–2 star reviews mentioning packaging across the last 90 days.
