When you first sign up, SellerGen AI runs a 7-step onboarding flow to configure your workspace. This is a one-time setup — takes about 3 minutes.

Step 1 — Your details

Enter your full name and select your role: Founder / CEO, Operations, Marketing, Brand Manager, or Other.

Step 2 — Your brand

Enter your brand name and a brief description of what you sell. This gives agents context for copy, messaging, and category-specific recommendations.

Step 3 — Where you sell

Select every marketplace you are live on. Supported: Amazon.in, Amazon.com, Amazon.ae, Amazon.co.uk, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Shopify.

Step 4 — Chat depth

Set how detailed you want agent responses — concise or comprehensive. Adjustable later from Settings → Appearance.

Step 5 — Focus areas

Tell Victor which areas need the most attention: advertising efficiency, catalog quality, inventory health, review scores, or revenue growth. Victor uses this to prioritize your initial roadmap.

Step 6 — Invite your team

Optionally invite team members by email. Skip this and add members later from Settings → Team.

Step 7 — Summary

Review your setup before agents are configured. Victor begins building your growth roadmap immediately after you confirm.
After completing this setup you will be prompted to connect your Amazon account — a separate flow that gives agents access to your advertising and seller data.
