Notification Settings let you tune the signal-to-noise ratio across all agent alerts. Access them at Account Settings > Notifications.

Notification channels

For each event type, you can choose: in-app only, email only, both, or neither. Email notifications are batched by default (daily digest) but can be set to send immediately for high-priority event types.

Per-agent configuration

Each agent’s notification events are listed separately. For example, under Adam you can configure: bid recommendation alert (in-app + email), campaign paused alert (in-app only), budget exhaustion warning (in-app + email). Under Atlas: low stock alert (in-app + email), stockout risk (in-app + email immediately).

Priority thresholds

Some alerts have configurable thresholds. For rating drop alerts under Alex: set the rating threshold (e.g., alert when average drops below 4.0) and the minimum number of reviews in the window before the alert fires (e.g., at least 3 new reviews).
