Your connected marketplaces are the data foundation for all agent operations. Keeping these connections healthy is critical. View and manage them at Account Settings > Connected Accounts.

Connection status

Each connected account shows its current status: Active, Expired (OAuth token needs renewal), or Error (data sync failing). An Expired or Error status will affect agent performance — Atlas cannot read inventory from an expired Seller Central connection, and Adam cannot write to an expired Advertising connection.

Reconnecting an expired account

Click Reconnect next to the affected account. You will be redirected through the Amazon OAuth flow again. Reconnecting does not lose historical data.

Adding a second store

Click Add Store to connect an additional Amazon Advertising store or Seller Central account. Each connected store is billed as a separate workspace or as an additional store within your plan, depending on your subscription tier.
