Connecting Amazon gives agents the data access they need to operate. The flow covers Amazon Advertising (Adam) and Seller Central (Atlas, Catlo, Alex). You need admin-level access to both before starting.

Step 1 — Start

Review what permissions SellerGen AI will request and what each agent uses them for.

Step 2 — Select region

Choose your Amazon marketplace region. India (Amazon.in) is the primary supported market. Amazon.com, Amazon.ae, and Amazon.co.uk are also available.

Step 3 — Select account type

Choose Seller (Seller Central) or Vendor (Vendor Central). Most D2C brands on Amazon.in operate as Sellers.

Step 4 — Connect Amazon Advertising

You are redirected to Amazon’s OAuth flow. Grant read/write access to campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and budgets.

Step 5 — Select store

Pick the store profile you want to connect. Add additional stores later from Settings → Connections.

Step 6 — Connect Seller Central

A second OAuth redirect connects Seller Central — giving Atlas FBA inventory access, Catlo catalog access, and Alex review feed access.

Step 7 — Data ingestion

SellerGen AI pulls 90 days of campaign performance, current inventory, and your active catalog. Takes 10–20 minutes.

Step 8 — Dashboard template

Choose a starting dashboard layout. Can be changed at any time.

Step 9 — Handoff

Victor has your data and has begun building your growth roadmap. Click Open dashboard to enter the workspace.
If you see an Access Denied error during OAuth, confirm your Amazon account has admin-level permissions on the account you are connecting.
