Payment methods are managed at Billing > Payment Methods. Only Admins can add or remove payment methods.

Accepted payment methods

SellerGen AI accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay). UPI and net banking are available for annual plan payments only.

Adding a payment method

Click Add Payment Method and enter your card details. SellerGen AI uses a PCI-compliant payment processor — card details are not stored on SellerGen AI’s servers.

Setting a default method

If you have multiple payment methods, click Set as Default next to the method you want used for automatic renewals.

Removing a payment method

You cannot remove your only payment method if you have an active subscription. Add a replacement method first, then remove the old one.
