Atlas generates alerts for stock conditions that require your attention before they affect campaign performance or order fulfillment.

Alert types

  • Low stock — SKU is approaching your safety stock threshold
  • Stockout risk — SKU will reach zero stock before a reorder can arrive given current lead time
  • Inbound delay — an expected FBA shipment is delayed beyond its estimated arrival date
  • Overstock — a SKU has more than 90 days of cover at current velocity

Where alerts appear

Inventory alerts surface in the notification panel (bell icon, top bar) and as a badge on the Inventory nav item. Atlas also cross-alerts Adam when a SKU is at stockout risk and has active campaigns running — Adam will surface a recommendation to pause those campaigns.

Configuring alert thresholds

Thresholds for each alert type are configurable per SKU or at the category level in Inventory Settings.
