Alex generates alerts for review conditions that require immediate attention — rating drops, review clusters, and policy issues.

Alert types

  • Rating drop — average rating on an ASIN falls below your configured threshold
  • Review cluster — three or more reviews with the same negative topic within 7 days (suggests a systemic issue)
  • Policy violation — a review contains content that may be eligible for Amazon removal
  • Response overdue — a review that requires a response has been in your queue for more than N days

Configuring thresholds

Set rating thresholds per ASIN or at the account level in Review Settings. Cluster sensitivity and response SLA are also configurable there.

Where alerts appear

Review alerts surface in the notification panel (top bar bell icon), in Alex’s tile on the workspace canvas, and in the Reviews surface header.
