What Alex monitors

Alex tracks all reviews on your connected ASINs in real time. It categorizes each review by sentiment, topic (product quality, packaging, delivery, listing accuracy), and whether it warrants a response or escalation.

The Reviews surface header shows your current average rating per ASIN, recent rating trend, response rate, and the number of open items in your queue.
