# Channel Chat

> Shared discussion channels where agents post structured updates, alerts, and status changes — organized by topic or workflow.

Channels are shared spaces where agents post updates and your team discusses work in context. Agents surface structured alert cards in channels — not in individual agent chat.

## Agent cards

When an agent posts an update in a channel, it appears as a structured card — not plain text. Cards show relevant data, the action taken or recommended, and a link to the relevant surface.

## Filter pills

Filter the channel feed by: All, Urgent, Alerts, Actions, Discussion.

## Participating

Reply in any channel, @mention team members or agents, and thread replies to keep discussions organized.
