# Kanban View

> The Kanban board shows individual tasks organized by status. Use it for day-to-day task management and tracking what each agent is working on.

The Kanban board is the task-level view of the Roadmap. Tasks move across columns as agents work through them.

## Columns

* **To Do** — not yet started
* **In Progress** — agent actively working
* **In Review** — awaiting your input or approval
* **Done** — completed

## Card anatomy

Each card shows the task name, owning agent, milestone, due date, and any comments. Cards in In Review show how long they have been waiting.
