# Gantt View

> The Gantt view shows your growth roadmap as a timeline — milestones, dependencies, agent assignments, and completion status.

The Gantt view gives you a phase-level view of your growth plan. Each bar represents a milestone. The owning agent is shown on every bar. Dependencies between milestones are drawn as connectors.

## Reading the Gantt

Each bar shows the milestone name, owning agent, start and end dates, and a completion indicator. Milestones behind schedule are highlighted. Hover a bar to see the tasks underneath it.

## Adjusting milestones

Click a milestone to open its detail panel. Defer it, reassign it, or break it into sub-milestones. Victor reviews the downstream impact of any structural change before it takes effect.
