# Reviews Overview

> What Alex monitors, how the review feed is organized, and the key metrics visible in the Reviews surface.

The Reviews surface is Alex's view of your incoming review feed. It shows all reviews across your connected stores, organized by recency, rating, and topic — with flagged items requiring your attention surfaced at the top.

## What Alex monitors

Alex tracks all reviews on your connected ASINs in real time. It categorizes each review by sentiment, topic (product quality, packaging, delivery, listing accuracy), and whether it warrants a response or escalation.

## Key metrics

The Reviews surface header shows your current average rating per ASIN, recent rating trend, response rate, and the number of open items in your queue.
