# Review Alerts

> The types of alerts Alex generates, how to configure thresholds, and where review alerts surface in the workspace.

Alex generates alerts for review conditions that require immediate attention — rating drops, review clusters, and policy issues.

## Alert types

* **Rating drop** — average rating on an ASIN falls below your configured threshold
* **Review cluster** — three or more reviews with the same negative topic within 7 days (suggests a systemic issue)
* **Policy violation** — a review contains content that may be eligible for Amazon removal
* **Response overdue** — a review that requires a response has been in your queue for more than N days

## Configuring thresholds

Set rating thresholds per ASIN or at the account level in Review Settings. Cluster sensitivity and response SLA are also configurable there.

## Where alerts appear

Review alerts surface in the notification panel (top bar bell icon), in Alex's tile on the workspace canvas, and in the Reviews surface header.
