# Managing Your Subscription

> How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your SellerGen AI subscription.

Subscription changes are made from Billing > Subscription. Only Admins can make subscription changes.

## Upgrading

Click **Upgrade Plan** to move to a higher tier. The upgrade takes effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

## Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, not immediately. If your current usage exceeds the limits of the lower tier, SellerGen AI will flag which items will be affected before you confirm the downgrade.

## Cancelling

Click **Cancel Subscription**. Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted.
