# Victor

> Victor is your Head of Operations. Sets up your store, builds your growth roadmap, and keeps every agent working together in the right order, at the right time.

Victor owns the outcome, not a single workflow. It reads performance data across all domains, builds your growth roadmap, and delegates tasks to Adam, Catlo, Atlas, Ethan, Alex, Cirus, and Fiona.

## What Victor does

* Builds and updates your growth roadmap after initial data sync
* Delegates tasks to specialist agents as milestones come due
* Monitors cross-domain blockers (stockout risk affecting a campaign launch, for example)
* Surfaces consolidated status in the Roadmap

## Current status

Victor starts in *Onboarding · building roadmap* — constructing your initial growth plan from your connected Amazon data.

## Talking to Victor

Ask strategic questions in chat: why a milestone was scheduled when it was, what is blocking a phase, what changes if budget increases. Victor responds with its current data view and reasoning.
