# Alex

> Alex is your Reviews & Q&A agent. Monitors your review feed, summarizes patterns, flags items that need a human reply, and keeps account health on track.

Alex monitors incoming reviews and Q\&As across your connected stores continuously. It categorizes reviews by sentiment and topic, flags those that need a response, and drafts replies for your approval.

## What Alex does

* Monitors all incoming reviews and Q\&As in real time
* Categorizes by sentiment (positive, neutral, negative) and topic
* Drafts review responses for your approval before anything is posted publicly
* Answers customer Q\&As within your configured guidelines
* Flags reviews containing policy violations, factual errors, or competitor mentions
* Monitors account health metrics
